DAY 1: EXPLORE INLE LAKE

On your first day, explore the star of the show. Hire a boat and take a ride on the lake. Witness one-legged rowers, the 5-day market, floating villages and the beautiful scenery around the lake. Enjoy the sunset over the lake and taste the local delicacies available in the area.

DAY 2: VISIT THE PAGODAS & EXPLORE WILDLIFE

Inle Lake has several pagodas around it. In the first half of the day, explore the pagodas. You can visit Nga Hpe Kyaung Monastery, Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda and the Shwe Indein Pagoda complex. You can hire a bicycle to get to these pagodas. If you are not into cycling, take a cab or motorbike taxi. After lunch, take a walk through Inle Lake Wildlife Sanctuary and see the exquisite flora and fauna.

DAY 3: VISIT KAKKU PAGODAS AND A WINERY

In the morning, take a small hike to the Kakku Pagodas and explore the monuments. We recommend learning the history of the place beforehand to add to your experience. After lunch, rent a bicycle, motorbike or taxi and ride to the Red Mountain Estate or the Aythaya Vineyard located only half an hour away from the lake. It will be an experience of a lifetime. You can walk through the winery, taste some exotic Myanmar’s wine and even pair some wine with the local food. Enjoy the sunset view from the winery and head back at night.
