Alaungdaw Kathapa National Park
This national park is located in Sagaing Division and consists of the Patolon Reserved Forest and the adjoining Taungdwin Reserved Forest. This national forest consists of exclusive trees including decidious forests, pine forests and Indaing forests. The national forest consists of a park which is home to a wide range of wildlife species such as Asian elephants, wild pig, sambar, gaur, banteng, clouded leopard, jungle cats and others.
Khakaborazi National Park
Khakaborazi is the highest mountain in Myanmar and probably the highest mountain in Southeast Asia. Khakaborazi National Park is located in Naungmung Township and occupies an area of 3810 square kilometres. Established in 1996, this national park surrounds the Khakaborazi peak. You can find some of the most exclusive Himalayan flora and fauna in this national park.
Meinmahla Kyun Wildlife Sanctuary
This wildlife sanctuary is a wetland reserve located in the Ayeyarwady Delta in the Bogale Township. It was established in 1986 and is classified as a mangrove ecosystem reserve. It occupies an area of 137 sq. km. This protected area has 29 mangrove tree species, saltwater crocodiles and a wide range of birds. A visit to this place will provide you a great experience of a mangrove ecosystem.
NAT MA TAUNG NATIONAL PARK
This national park is located in Chin State and is home to a variety of rare flora and fauna. You can also meet the exclusive ethnic tribe known for their tattoo-faced women. NATIONAL KANDAWGYI GARDEN
Visit this beautiful botanical garden located in the hill station of Pyin Oo Lwin. This 177-hectare land is located at an elevation of 1000 metres and can be accessed by road from Mandalay. Established in 1915, this garden contains 514 species of indigenous trees and 74 foreign species, 75 species of bamboo, 75 species of crotons, 300 species of indigenous orchids, 25 rose species and 6 land lily species. SEINT YE FOREST CAMP
This exciting forest camp is located in the Bago mountains near the Oaktwin township of Bago division. It was established in 1996 and covered 102 acres. It can be easily reached from Yangon. You can observe natural teak forests and teak-growing environment conditions. This is a common destination for researchers who study Myanmar timber elephants, elephant mahouts and their working conditions.Location: Bago Region

MYAING HAY WUN ELEPHANT CAMP
Love watching elephants? Visit this elephant park, which will help you see elephants in their natural habitat. It is located in Taikkyi Township in Yangon Division and occupies an area of 10 acres. POPA NATIONAL PARK
Spend a few days in the lap of nature when you visit the Popa Mountain Park located near the Kaukpadaung Township in Mandalay Division. This park was established in 1989 and occupies an area of 129 sq.km. It surrounds Mount Popa. Chatthiin Wildlife Sanctuary
This wildlife sanctuary is located in Kanbalu Township in Sagaing Division and occupies an area of 268 sq. km. The highlight of this sanctuary is the endangered Thamin deer which is found in the protected area. The rare Indochinese leopard is also found here, which was considered to be extinct by 2000. Inle Lake Wildlife Sanctuary
